Recent storms, floods, and tornados across the area have caused us to pause … We should help somehow. Prompted by the recent disasters and a genuine desire to reach out and help our neighbors, we will now offer a Homeowner Disaster Relief program to anyone who loses a home in a natural disaster or fire. We realize the impact these devastating situations have on families, and we pledge to do our very best to help your family rebuild fast and economically. If we can use your existing foundation, we will. If you need help planning a new home, we’ll provide it. If you’d like to visit our construction facilities to see how we do what we do, you’re invited! And, we’ll be ready when you are.

(2) And, Horizon Homes will offer a matching $2.00/sq ft rebate, as well.

(3) We will treat your replacement home as a top priority, placing it ahead of existing homes for drafting and construction, to minimize the time you are displaced.

All American Homes has announced that it has reached an agreement with Solar Village Homes, of Boulder, Colorado, to license, build and sell a line of eco-friendly, solar homes. The homes will feature a super-insulated, passive solar home design, and solar power and heating resulting in energy bills as low as ZERO.

These homes will also feature extensive use of sustainable materials in their interior construction. Incorporating these ‘earth friendly” technologies will result in homes

that are ultra-comfortable, much less costly to operate, easier to maintain, and with better indoor air quality.

The initial series of ranch and two-story homes will include six floor plans ranging from 1,100 square feet to 2,457 square feet.
