Getting Started
The first step to finding just the right home for your needs is to contact your local independent All American Homes builder. Give us a call! We will be happy to assist you by answering any questions that you may have about our All American Homes, and homebuilding in general.
Our office and model homes are open 9:00 to 4:00 Tuesday through Friday, and evenings/weekends by appointment.
Other hours are available by appointment. Call us at 765-629-2912… We'll be happy to meet with you in the evening, or on weekends, if our regular office hours don't fit into your busy schedule. We realize that not everyone can visit during our "normal" working hours, and we will try to accommodate your schedule as best we can.
A (very) brief
summary of the All American Homes building process:
(1) Decide on the best
floor plan for your needs, redesign any areas needing change, choose colors,
cabinetry, optional items, etc.,
(2) Agree on and sign the
contract; submit a deposit check, a letter of credit from your lending
institution, and a copy of the septic permit and/or copy of building permit,
(3) Site work may now be
started.
(4) Review the
preliminary approval floor plan with your builder when it's received from All
American Homes,
(5) Review the final
approval floor plan with your builder when it's received from All American
Homes,
(6) Schedule a factory
tour of your home, so that you may see it while it's in the process of being
built,
(7) Watch as your home
is set by our experienced construction crews,
(8) Upon completion of all
work contracted, you'll be ready to decorate and move into your beautiful new
home!
